ABOUT ICITEP 2026
The 5th International Conference on Innovation and Teacher Professionalism (ICITEP 2026) is a premier hybrid event organized by the Professional Teacher Development Program (PPG) at the Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Malang. Scheduled for September 1–2, 2026, this year’s conference focuses on the theme “Emerging Technologies in Education: Implications for Teaching Quality, Professional Development, and Ethical Practice.” The event brings together prominent educational leaders, government officials, and international academics from Indonesia, the Philippines, China, and Australia to share their invaluable insights and foster global collaboration.
As a dynamic platform for academic exchange, ICITEP 2026 invites researchers and educators to participate in its Call for Papers. The conference explores ten essential sub-themes, with a major focus on the integration of Deep Learning, the ethics of AI use, digital literacy, and technology-enhanced instructional design. Participants will not only engage in meaningful discussions but also have the prestigious opportunity to publish their accepted and presented papers in the reputable Atlantis Press Proceedings, thereby making a lasting contribution to the global educational discourse.
Prospective attendees and presenters can take advantage of the Early Bird registration period, which runs from March 17 to June 25, 2026. For researchers submitting papers, the abstract submission deadline is strictly set for August 10, 2026, followed by the acceptance notification and full paper submission deadline on August 15, 2026.
